These terms govern the seasonal rental of furnished villas and apartments available for booking on myvillasmarrakech.com, operated by My Villas Marrakech.

2. Booking

A booking becomes final upon written confirmation (email) and receipt of the corresponding payment, made online by card through a secure payment provider.

3. Pricing and payment

The price shown at booking includes rent and, where applicable, cleaning fees. Local tourist tax, where applicable, is collected separately in accordance with current regulations.

4. Cancellation
